Chef’s Table

Format: Sit-down dinner event

Age: Adult

Join us for our special chef’s table dinner series! Once a month we will host a private five course dinner featuring the best products and most interesting dishes the chefs at One Life have to offer. The menu will be constantly evolving, so no dinner will ever be the same.

October Menu:

Appetizer – Georgia State Fair Peanuts, Star Anise, Champaign

First Course – Foie Gras, Gooseberries, Walnut Baguette, Golden Balsamic,

Second Course – October Squash, Charred Ginger, Spiced Pumpkin Seeds, Tangerine Lace

Entree – Eden Project Pork Chop, Quince, Brussels Leaves, Foraged Mushrooms, Toasted Chestnuts, Crab Apple Jus

Dessert – Pumpkin Flan, Torn Spice Cake, Huckleberries, Toasted Marshmallow

About Our Culinary Instructor:

Sean McGuire

Sean is a professional chef with almost a decade of experience. He developed his love of cooking as a child growing up in Korea, Italy, Germany, and the American south. After receiving his culinary degree he worked extensively in San Francisco, Napa, and Sonoma at Michelin-starred restaurants and award-winning wineries before moving to Barrington with his wife Shauna and son Hunter. Both in the kitchen and out, Sean loves how cooking can introduce a new experience, ingredient, or culture.
