Chicken is a popular choice for dinner. Join us and learn how to cook it the right way – moist and delicious!

In this 2-part class you will learn…

  • How to break down a whole chicken
  • How to prep and cook chicken in a way that help create moist and delicious.
  • The importance of temperature control when cooking chicken
  • The health and safety in handling chicken
  • A variety of different ways to prepare chicken
