Chicken is a standard dish for dinner meals. Join us as we teach you how to cook it the right way – moist and delicious!

Please note you do not have to sign up for both classes but if you do we have a complimentary glass of wine waiting for you!


 In this 2-part class you will learn…

  • How to break down a whole chicken
  • How to prep and cook chicken in a way that help create moist and delicious.
  • The importance of temperature control when cooking chicken
  • The health and safety in handling chicken
  • A variety of different ways to prepare chicken
