  • How to create balance in your body (lower blood sugar so you don’t crave sugar and carbs, balance your ph to help create an alkaline and anti-inflammatory environment, which helps prevent disease and viruses
  • How to eliminate toxins and support your elimination organs
  • Learn how to make easy, high nutrient packed shakes and protein bars

Hands- On Menu Includes:

  • Learning how to make a variety of basic healthy & Recovery Shakes and Protein Bars
