Join us for a gluten-free, vegan class as we explore nutritious weeknight dinners and a favorite protein-rich snack. Miranda will be teaching you how to make simple, healthy meals the whole family will love! If you have special dietary needs, are a vegan trying to meet your macros, or are giving up meat for lent, this is the perfect class for you.

Miranda Gustafson

Miranda is a Barrington food stylist and photographer with a passion for nutrition, traditional french cooking and pastry.
