Join us for a class celebrating delicious Easter Traditions all over the world. First, we’ll make Hot Cross Buns, an English Good Friday and Easter tradition. These sweet rolls are scented with cinnamon and stuffed with currants. Then, we’ll go south for Italian Easter Pie, a savory creation with homemade Ricotta, ham, spinach and prosciutto. Finally, we’ll celebrate with a date and walnut-stuffed cookie from Lebanon, the Mamool.
